Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vetta Jobs (the “Service”), operated at vettajobs.com. By using the Service you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary provided in good faith; it is not legal advice.

1. The Service

Vetta Jobs is a job board for AI-related roles. We aggregate listings from channels designed for syndication and from employers who submit directly, classify and verify them, and link you to the employer’s own application page. We are not a party to any employment relationship, do not act as a recruiter or staffing agency, and do not process applications.

2. Use of the Service

You may browse, search, and apply to jobs for free. You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, circumventing rate limits on our feeds, scraping at volumes that degrade service for others, or using it for unlawful purposes.

3. Listings & accuracy

Listings originate with employers and third-party sources. While we verify freshness and classify each role, we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, or that a position remains open. Apply at your own discretion and verify details with the employer.

4. Employer submissions

If you submit a listing, you represent that you are authorized to post it and that its content is lawful and non-discriminatory. We may edit (for formatting), classify, decline, or remove submissions at our discretion. Submitted listings pass through moderation before publication.

5. Feeds & data

Our RSS and JSON feeds are provided free for reasonable, attributed use and are rate-limited. Aggregate statistics we publish are offered under CC0. Bulk or commercial data access requires a separate agreement.

6. Intellectual property

Job descriptions remain the property of their respective employers. The Vetta Jobs name, design, classification, and compiled data are ours. Don’t copy the Service wholesale.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any listing.
