We collect as little as possible, and we never sell it.

What we collect
- Job-alert email addresses. Only if you subscribe to alerts, and only after you confirm via a double opt-in email. We store your address, the filters you saved, and your chosen frequency. This is the only personal data we hold about job seekers — there are no candidate accounts and no resumes.
- Privacy-friendly analytics. We use Plausible, which is cookieless and collects no personal data, and PostHog for aggregate product events (e.g. apply-click counts) that are not tied to an identifiable person.
- Employer submission details if you post a job (your email of record and the listing content).
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or rent your data — ever. We don’t set third-party advertising cookies. We don’t track you across other sites. When you click “Apply,” we record an anonymous click count and send you to the employer; we don’t share your identity with them.
How we use it
Email addresses are used solely to send the job-alert digests you asked for. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and each alert carries a unique unsubscribe token — no login needed.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can unsubscribe at any time from any alert email. To erase all personal data we hold about you, use the delete-my-data form — it immediately removes every job alert tied to your email. You may also email hello@vettajobs.com to request access or deletion.
Retention
We keep alert subscriptions until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Unconfirmed subscriptions are pruned automatically.
