Most job boards bury salary, let dead listings rot, and treat “AI” as a keyword. We do the opposite. Four things define us:

- Verified-fresh. Every listing shows when we last confirmed it was live. Jobs confirmed dead — the ATS posting is gone, or the apply link 404s — leave the site within 24 hours.
- AI-maturity tags. Every employer is tagged AI-native, AI-product-team, AI-adopting, or AI-curious, so you can tell an AI lab apart from an insurer dabbling in ML.
