What we ingest
- Applicant-tracking system APIs — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workable public job-board endpoints, which are built for third-party syndication.
- Direct employer submissions through our posting form (free).
- A company’s own careers page, only where it publishes nowhere else, fetched politely (≤1 request/second) and only when its
robots.txtallows it.
What we never touch
We do not scrape or ingest from Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Wellfound, Otta, or competing aggregators. We never create accounts to obtain data.
Provenance & attribution
Every job record stores its source and original source_url. On the listing page we link to the original posting, and our structured data attributes the posting to its origin so search engines credit the source. See our methodology for the full pipeline.
Claiming or removing a listing
If you’re an employer and want to claim, correct, or remove a listing, email takedown@vettajobs.com. We honor takedown requests within 48 hours. More on the process on our contact page.
Open data
We publish aggregate statistics (salary distributions, role counts) — never individual listings — as a public dataset under CC0. The salary index is the live view of that data.
